Overview
In the wake of COP26, the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh will be running a series of short evening webinars on climate change and health. These webinars will consider both the direct and indirect impact of the climate crisis on health as well as looking at the impact our health systems have on the climate and what adaptations we all need to consider and prepare for in our daily practice.
Over this 5 part series we will hear from colleagues and renowned experts from around the world on the impact of climate change within their own local area and beyond, health service and specialty, and the actions they, and we, need to be urgently taking. These evening webinars which are open to all, including members of the public, and free to attend will be held on Thursday evenings at 18.00hrs – 19.30hrs (GMT time) starting on 9 December and running until May 2022
This is the fourth webinar in our five part series of evening webinars. As we finalise the programme, please consider getting involved by submitting an abstract.
The series will close with the final webinar on:
- Thursday 26 May 2022 - Building our COP26 legacy with eyes on COP27
We look forward to welcoming you to our webinars.
