Please join us this year for an exciting and educational meeting! We’ve attracted a glittering array of speakers including colleagues from Denmark, Manchester, and London. All members of the multidisciplinary Respiratory team are welcome and please remember to bring your students!

Topics include -

Exercise and medicine How to make our patients love Lycra? (Dr Andrew Murray who is a Consultant in Sports & Education Medicine, Scottish Government Sports Champion and has run 7 ultramarathons in 7 days.)
How best to manage fungal lung disease and complications such as haemoptysis? A surgeon and physician’s perspective. (The Manchester Fungal Group).
Facing the challenge of sustainability in medicine? Dr Ulla Weinreich, Aalborg University Hospital, Denmark.
COPD interactive MDT: how do we manage COPD patients safely out of hospital? (Dr Chris Carlin & colleagues, Glasgow)
Research, quality improvement and educational presentations (oral, poster) including the prestigious Methven prize and several other cash prizes.

Research, quality improvement and educational abstracts are welcome for both oral and digital poster presentations. Please submit your abstract (250 words with one table or figure) to stsadmin@rcpe.ac.uk by 31^st March 5pm.*

*Please note: For those who had submitted for the trainee symposium 2022, your abstracts will automatically be added to the list for marking. If you no longer wish to present / abstract presented elsewhere, please let us know.
