Join the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh for the next in our series of online International Medical Updates (IMU) which brings together expert speakers from India to discuss a variety of topics. For this third IMU from India the focus will be on some of the common medical problems of the elderly in India covering the below topics:
- Dr Rajendran Magesh, Senior Consultant, Geriatrics will discuss healthy ageing
- Dr Milind Manohar Desai, Consultant Physician & Medical Director on community acquired pneumonia in the elderly
- Dr Vijayalakshmi Balakrishnan, Senior Consultant, Infectious Diseases will explore sepsis in the elderly
- Professor Dr Pazhani Ranganathan, Senior Consultant Neurologist will discuss neuropathic pain in the elderly

The IMU is free to all physicians in India, Members and Fellows of RCPE and all trainees.
Delegates will have the opportunity to submit questions to the speakers via Slido which will be addressed live at the event, taking place at 7-9pm (IST) and 14.30 - 16.30pm (UK).
This online event allows the opportunity for delegates to watch the presentations live, or at their convenience for up to 28 days following the original broadcast. Delegates can continue to register for on-demand access only after the live event has taken place. Please note that access closes 28 days after the original broadcast, not after the point of booking.
