Undergraduates and foundation doctors carry out a wide range of research and quality improvement projects, and this dedicated research symposium, hosted by RCPE, NES and the Medical Schools Council, offers an opportunity to present findings; build on networks; and hear from established research leaders about their own experience in developing research careers.
All presenters will be awarded a Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh/NES certificate. The best oral and poster presentations will be awarded a RCPE medal. The best undergraduate and the postgraduate presentations will be awarded with a RCPE medal and a QI4U license.
Abstracts are welcomed for medical research and quality improvement projects. Abstracts will also be published in an online edition of the College Journal. Abstracts relating to infectious diseases will be considered for the Ambuj Nath Bose Bequest, and the winner will receive £50.
The deadline for abstracts has been extended to 5pm Friday 18th October 2019. Please email the abstract submission form to standards@rcpe.ac.uk
